Our two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments have the space you need for a growing family or a pet. We have 24 updated apartment units for rent. Our updated apartments have the beautiful features you expect from new renovations and we offer washer and dryer hook-ups in every apartment unit.
Our apartments are close to local amenities, including a skate park, local restaurants and several malls. We are also within a short distance of Hill Air Force Base and offer month-to-month leasing options for the convenience of local military personnel. We understand that members of the military may need to leave quickly when deployed or transferred to a new location, so we offer convenient rental solutions.
Tenants are allowed to bring a pet into the apartments. We offer pet-friendly rental options and we have convenient open parking available for our residents.
